Union Pacific Train Station

Union Pacific Train Station

From the glory days of rail travel, the Union Pacific transcontinental railroad made an important stop in Cheyenne. To this day, a massive freight yard is still in operation. Restored in 2004, the Union Pacific depot was built of sandstone in 1886. It still stands strong on the square in the heart of Cheyenne, WY.
